The Secretariat holds regular training sessions of different levels in Taipei, Taiwan. The programme is divided into four stages; each stage is a three-day training — seven hours a day, twenty-one hours in total. The purpose is to give teachers quality techniques and knowledge for the classroom, helping them manage a class in the most efficient, error-free way.

Each stage covers roughly two years of student progress. The sessions are intensive, and attendees are expected to practise diligently afterwards. Training is delivered by PAMA founder and PAMA Taiwan Chairman David Liao, together with other PAMA trainers, who share thirty years of experience in an easy-to-learn, creative way. On completion, attendees receive a certificate endorsed by the PAMA Secretariat.
