PAMA Instructor Certification Program aims to promote professional abacus and mental arithmetic knowledge, enhance instructor skills for higher quality education, and ultimately elevate the social status and professional image of abacus and mental arithmetic instructors. PAMA implores all members to take a serious approach in regards to the program — it strengthens the competitiveness and professional image of your organisation, and advances the educational mission of abacus and mental arithmetic around the world.
Certificates
All certificates are issued by the PAMA Secretariat. Instructors can verify their certificate through the Certificate Verification System.
Endorsement
Instructor Certificates are endorsed jointly by PAMA founder Mr. David Liao and the Director of the Abacus and Mental Arithmetic and Mathematics Committee of the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Hsiao Chiu Yung.
Certification is built on the four instructor levels and their paired exam certifications — see Implementation Rules for level eligibility, fees, and what each course covers.
