PAMA Global Headquarters
Established in July 1983 by Mr. David Liao, with the first abacus institute located in northern Taipei. Now comprising 6 branches, the institution has trained generations of top students in abacus and mental arithmetic, and also offers English, Chinese, Mathematics, Computer and Writing courses. A founding member of PAMA since 1999.

- Hosted international cups competition for multiple years
- Hosted celebrity cup competition for multiple years
- Hosted Competition of Taipei Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Institution
- Participated in teaching seminars in Hong Zhou, China
- Invited to perform abacus demonstrations and seminars in Malaysia, Canada and Hong Kong
