Historical eligibility and registration terms
The original programme offered Chinese, English, Russian and Arabic, with Spanish added in 2022. Participants chose one language; duplicate registration was not allowed.
The original terms described free attendance for PAMA members for two years. Ask the Secretariat whether that benefit applies to your organisation today.
The original guidance said the symposium was not suitable for teachers with no abacus and mental arithmetic teaching experience, those who had not completed two-digit abacus, or teachers using only the two-hand abacus method. Video recording was prohibited.
The historical registration process required a completed form and a photo for the certificate. Ask the Secretariat for current dates, eligibility, languages, fees and application details.
